Many of our products ship directly from our supplier’s off-shore warehouses.  This enables us to keep our order fulfillment costs as low as possible, so that we have more margin available for the animal rescues, shelters and sanctuaries we are helping. Bottom line: more money goes to help needy animals.  But, to make this possible it sometimes (not always) means slightly longer shipping times. 

This means some orders may take two to three weeks for delivery.  

Delivery times can vary according to the supplier. Where ever possible, we try to give an indication of shipping times in the item description. 

If no timeline is specified, please expect 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.

Delivery of your order is guaranteed. If your order does not arrive due to loss in transit, EveryPurchaseHelpsAnimals.com will cover replacement cost at our expense. 

If you are ordering multiple items in one order, please note that individual items may ship from different suppliers and therefore may arrive in separate shipments.
